it is incredible and keeps ya healthy
think i posted recipe at tsptalk a while back

tablespoons of salt, two big bunches of fresh
cilantro, and as many hot peppers (habaneroes ,
jalapenos, Serrano's, or any fresh ones at market.)
as u can stand into one quart of OJ, one quart of red
grapefruit juice, one quart of mango juice (u can use
two or three fresh mangoes if in season), and one
quart of tomato juice.
shred 4-5 pounds of tomatoes and 4-5 bunches of
scallions.
mix all of the above together and keep
refrigerated....must use all in 5 days or throw out

Follow-up thanks! Spouse made fresh chips to go with the delicious salsa, the brats were juicy and flavorful. Added a refreshing adult beverage and it was a great meal!

I ended up making the brats 2 days in a row. I better make that salsa this weekend to get some veggies in me. :)
