I use Scottrade and from I believe 4:15 to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, you can place a special after-hours order. Typically there is very low volume but yes you can still trade. I haven't looked but I may be the owner of 100 SSO.

I am going to look at BGU today if we bounce up.
