Question? Is there an extra fee for holding these positions beyond a day or two? Or are you talking that the price is based on percentages per day?

yeah, the second one - daily percentage movement.

Looking at the 52-week highs and lows for FAZ and FAS, which should move in opposite directions:
FAZ is near the 52-week low, and FAS is about 75% off of the highs.

I placed an order to buy TZA @ 21.20 (Small Cap Bear 3X ). It is currently trading at 21.41 so it is still open.

Starting a position in GDX (gold) here at $38.30. I am using a mental stop of under $35. If it closes below $35 I will likely sell the next day.

Nice. I last bought at 36.65 but I have to be careful averaging up too aggressively. My average cost is now 28, so I have a little more leeway in playing any sudden drops.

Looks like the most recent relevant gaps have been filled on the downside and upside along with a higher low in a definitive uptrend. With the Dollar leaning on support there could be a huge move coming soon on a break.

28 - nice! I lost the faith a little when gold fell out of the weekly H&S pattern (blue arrow), but it looks like it wants to make another shot at 1000, and possibly a breakout, and like you said, a breakdown in the dolar is possible.
